Return Policy

Returns are allowed up to 30 days after the receipt of your product. The product must still be in a brand new and un-used condition. Buyer must pay for return shipping, and original shipment costs are not refunded. A refund will be issued after DFWcomposites' receipt of the returned product. Contact us at support@dfwcomposites.com to setup a return.

Returns are subject to a 3% restocking fee.

Unfortunately, our payment providers (Shopify Payments and PayPal) charge a 3% fee for all transactions, which is not refunded to the seller (DFWcomposites) when a refund is issued to a customer. For this reason, the transaction costs that DFWcomposites incurs when a customer makes a purchase will not be refunded to the customer upon the return of an item, as it is not refunded to DFWcomposites. We apologize for this policy and hope you understand the reason for it's implementation.
